Panic Button Mode & Last Device Changed

Hi Rob,

Two requests to consider for the future.

1) A "Panic" (Duress) mode in the mode device. I see that area device does report it (value 64).
2) A last zone changed device, I used this in the old HS2 plugin to kick off enumeration to detect open doors/windows to control HVAC. This is not critical since I could poll the zones.

BTW plugin is very stable for me. One big plus is that it seems to handle power glitches well wrt the thermostats. The old HS2 plugin would go crazy if the thermostats lost power.
