Dual Smart Switch for Light and Electrical Socket

I'm in the process of replacing my existing light switches with Z-Wave based models (e.g. GE/Jasco). I have a series of rooms where the existing switch controls either a set of electrical sockets or a combination of a ceiling light AND electrical socket.

I'm finding out that the GE/Jasco switches are not intended to control electrical outlets and I'm not sure of any other brand / product out there that can. Has anyone run into this issue and what did you end up doing?
