Panel Disconnecting

I'm actually not sure when I broke this but everything used to work and now I am not seeing changes on the panel updated to the plugin. The plugin seems to be caught in a cycle of disconnecting and reconnecting. It may have been related to one of the updates but in truth I haven't had time to do much with my automation recently and I just don't know.
