Not able to trigger from action anymore

For some unknown reason we cannot get this event to trigger anymore. I know there is some delay of 1 minute before this should trigger, but now it rarely works. Yes sometimes it does work but not by far often.

Anyone experienced this before? And know of a solution? Maybe i should just delete the device and have it populated again and then redo the events. But want to ask before i try this.
