Z-NET Losing Connection After Recent Update

I got an update a few days ago:

HomeSeer Version: HS3 Standard Edition 3.0.0.280

and ever since, I've been losing connection with the Z-NET when it changes it's IP. I'm not really clear on why it's jumping around on DHCP. I haven't had any power outages.

I think it's supposed to connect via NetBIOS name? So i'm not sure why it won't reconnect.

I set it to static so we'll see what happens but I thought I'd mention it in case anyone else is running into the same thing.
