Just keep the light on when I'm in the room...

I've been fighting with my lights. How do I keep this light on as long as there is motion in the room.
Here is how I have it setup.



For some reason, the light seems to randomly turn off while I'm still in the room. When I wave to turn on the light it won't turn on yet motion is being detected.

Can anyone help me out with this?
