Support for ~ (Inactive) Profile selection in HS3

I've downloaded the latest BI HS3 plug-in and am running BI Release 4.4.0.1 x64.

Is there a way (or will there soon be a way) to choose the Inactive profile from the Event Editor using the HS3 plug-in? I'm a newbie with this, but I swear I just read on a thread yesterday that Profile 0 was supported in a recent list of changes.

3.0.3.x Inactive profile support (profile 0), allow refresh interval in seconds (5 or more)

I know I can probably assign some other profile # to inactivate or at least fake inactivation of all the cameras, but I can't figure out why this Profile 0 support isn't showing up in my HS3 profile selection list in the event manager, but it DOES show up on the device screen.

The event editor pull-down has the following options:

Profile 1
Profile 2
...
Profile 7

No profile 0 or ~.
