Something is real screwed up with one of my thermostats

I have 3 thermostats. Two of them work fine, but one of them is having some crazy issues with Imperihome. I'll try to explain -

From the app, I try to change the COOL setpoint to 72 and in the logs, it says this -

ImperiHome DEBUG Device 32 value changed from 73 to 72
Z-Wave Device: Second Floor Master Bedroom Heating 1 Setpoint Set to 72

Then, from the app, I try to change the heat set point, and in the log it says this -

ImperiHome ERROR can't find Setpoint control for device 30

In the app, heat setpoint always returns back to 0.

From the Web Interface, I change the Cool setpoint to 79, on the app, it says, cool setpoint 73 (which is what the heat setpoint on the web interface is set to, and in the log, I get this -

ImperiHome DEBUG Device 33 value changed from 78 to 79
Z-Wave Device: Second Floor Master Bedroom Cooling 1 Setpoint Set to 79

From the Web Interface, I change the Heat setpoint to 80, in the log it says this -

ImperiHome DEBUG Device 32 value changed from 73 to 80
Z-Wave Device: Second Floor Master Bedroom Heating 1 Setpoint Set to 80

But, in the app, the Cool set point changes to 80, and Heat setpoint stays at 0.

I know it sounds confusing, but it's just totally messed up. I have no idea what's going on. The other two thermostats work fine, and the one that's not working correctly is the same exact brand as one of the ones that is working fine.

Does anyone know what could be going on?
