How do I roll-back a plugin?

Hi Folks, I didn't find an answer via search, I hope this isn't off-base here.

I am working with one of the 3rd party plugins (Arduino) for Linux. It was suggested I try moving to a new release in the Beta area. This has just caused me more issues now and I'd like to roll back. Unfortunately, I only see this plugin in the beta area.

I understand that older version along with other plugins are in the HomeSeer/Updates3/ folder... and I see them there.

What do I do to roll-back now? Keeping in mind this is a Linux build (on Raspbian).
