HSTouch connects Remote but not locally

Hi All,

I'm new to the HS family and in the weeks leading up to it have browsed the forums and read the guides to avoid a lot of silly questions.

Unfortunately I'm a bit stumped at the moment. My HSTouch is able to connect to my HS3 remotely, using my cell providers network, but when I connect to my home wifi I get an error that it cannot connect to the server and check the credentials.

Any clues? Thanks for your time and consideration :)
