Has anyone successfully used one of these (not specifically Night Owl) DVR systems to incorporate the streams into HSTouch?
I found a whole list of possible URLs, but none of them work.
Such as:
http://IP.IP.IP.IP/cgi-bin/video.jpg...ality=3&size=2
I used wireshark to sniff the packets while I used the windows software and that is the string I found, but obviously missing something. I tried including
http://user : password@IP/.... but still nothing. From everything I have read over the last year on this, it looks tough. Someone even mentioned about installing a USB-TTL device to hack the board itself, but I am not willing to go that far. I'd rather install a PC-based system.
