Access to devices when running multiple instances

Hi,

I am new user to HS and love the Imperihome app. I have created a separate instance using the user guide in this thread but I have a question about access levels for the devices that are automatically discovered by the app. Essentially what I want to do is give my kids access to a few lights and nothing else, but all my lights show up accessible as well my thermostats when logging into their instance. Am I missing something here or is there no way to limit the auto discovered devices?
