Schlage connect locks battery doesn't update

Hi,

My locks are working, pin codes, opening etc. What doesn't work though is battery updates. When I look at the battery in HS3 last update is months ago. Any ideas how to get the battery levels to update? I tried rescan, optimize, no luck.
