I have installed two HS-WS100+Z-Wave Wall Switchs and can't get either one of them to display there status in HS3. What I don't understand is why they appear in the Device list as "HomeSeer Tech Switch Binary", however there is no Control options.
When I go into the Modify Device area and click the Z-Wave Tab, I am able to communicate with the device (connectivity test is successful) and even reverse the paddle settings (e.g. top paddle turns switch on/off). The kicker is that when I run a full scan of the system I get the following error:
"Enabling instant status for Z-Wave device Node 13 Z-Wave HomeSeer Tech Switch Binary (13)
Instant status for Z-Wave device Node 13 Z-Wave HomeSeer Tech Switch Binary (13) failed. The command will be queued and sent when it next wakes up.
Programming device Node 13 Z-Wave HomeSeer Tech Switch Binary (13) to send wake-up notifications to HomeSeer."
Why is my Homeseer waiting for the device to wake up? It's a light switch???
