Event running twice

My events, when triggered through HS3 Touch appear to be running twice. I finally realized this because some TTS commands are run twice.

I see that people reported this issue sporadically but none of the threads indicate anyone finding an answer.

I am using an S6 Pro running HS3 Pro Edition 3.0.0.293. I know there is an update but I would rather not blindly update and fight with the resulting problems.

Has anyone addressed this issue successfully ?
