HSTouch Cliant on HomeTroller...

I am about to purchas the HomeTroller SEL Pro as well as the Insteon and Z-Wave USB but I have a question before I do so.

Can I run the HSTouch Client on the HomeTroller-SEL-PRO itself so I can use the touch screen that's attached to the HomeTroller as the all-in-one system or do I have to have another dedicated Android, IOS, or Windows system to use the HSTouch Client?
