HSTouch3 app won't take user and password

I assuming I am posting in correct area. Have HS3Touch on iPhone and iPad connecting thru myhs. Both are ios10. They are set to remember login. Suddenly iPad wants me to sign in however it will not take the password or username. I have rebooted but no help. Have not wanted to reload app because then I have to deal with password etc again. Should I have todo this?
iPhone works fine. Please advise and thanks.
