Backup/Restore HS3 Logs Only?

I am going to update Mono on a Pi3 to v4.x and know that the events will need to be rebuilt.

I will do this on a second Pi3 and when complete make it my production system.

Is it possible to backup only the HS3 logs on the original Pi3 and restore them on the new Pi3 when I have finished rebuilding my events?
