ELK M1G firmware upgrade and UltraM1G cannot set alarm?

I recently upgraded my Elk Firmware to 5.3.10 and I cannot set the alarm in the Area. I can disabled the alarm okay but I cannot set it. I tried to rekey in password on the Area setting in UltraM1G and that did not work.

I am current using the following versions below.
Elk M1G 5.0.32.0
Main Program ELRP2 2.0.34
UltraM1G 3.0.6020.17037
Status connection - Ok
M1G firmware 5.3.10

Let me know what I need todo to get UltraM1g to set the alarm working again.
