Best client

I've just been looking at a linx windows 10 tablet and a couple of android ones all for a similar price

What is the best client to use? Windows or android?

I have a Linux touch screen and it works with some little issues but for the main system I want to go windows or android?

Does anyone recommend what os to go with?
