In the default HSTouch client layout, is there any way to have a device NOT show up with the "dimming light" control page?
I have a GE/Jasco z-wave fan control. This represents itself to z-wave as a multilevel control (same as a dimmer.) However, I've taken the time to add status values/controls for "off", "low", "medium" and "high." (Same for images.)
However, HSTouch insists on showing it with a slider and a lightbulb.
Poking around in the xml for the hstouch config, it appears that the dimmer control in HSTouch is shown for any HS device that has a device type string of "Z-Wave Switch Multilevel", so I eagerly jumped into the advanced page for my fan control and changed the device type string to "Z-Wave Fan Control." I then loaded up HSTouch and... no difference. It's still showing me a silly dimmer control.
What can I do to NOT show this device as a dimmer?!?
Thanks
Gary
