Set time Trane XL624 z-wave stat

When I added this z-wave stat to my system, I recall during the z-wave enrollment, there was a call to set the time of the stat as it has a time display.
So I've thought all along, that my system is keeping the clock in sync.
Today, as the time changed, the clock is out an hour.
How can I force a time update from HS? I tried polling and stopping/starting the z-wave plugin..
