Best device for controlling Mini-Split & HS?

I have 2008 Sanyo Mini-Split (bought out by Panasonic) with IR remote. I'd like to be able to control it from elsewhere. I've seen a few products promising to fill that need but just as many complaints from people who couldn't get them working. What's the consensus on the best product to get this going with HS?

I've seen: ZXT-120, iTach IP2IR, Broadlink RM Pro. Thanks!
