Newbe Help with PlayWavFile

My Hometroller SEL isn't playing Wav files, its causing an ERROR looks like this.

Apr-06 4:30:51 PM Error In PlayWavFile: ApplicationName='./play_audio.sh', CommandLine='/usr/local/HomeSeer/Media/test-smap8.wav', CurrentDirectory='', Native error= Cannot find the specified file

The wav files are in the usr/local/Homeseer/Media/ directory.
How do I get them to play?
