Foscam motion alarm trigger

How does this feature work? I have a foscam R2 camera that does allow for motion and sound detection. I'm looking for the ability to have a trigger in homeseer that will allow for a speak action, flash lights when sound is detected, etc…

Am I missing something or is there a way to implement this?
