Config reset?

Has this happen to anyone before? So, several versions ago I originally built my HS3 system and named my config Home.hsd. Now every once in a while, My system would reset the config to HomeSeerData.hsd (the now default file name). I would then lose everything, devices, events, zwave interfaces until I manually go in and select my original Home.hsd config file. I'd then have to re-enable all plugins, re-add my zwave interface etc to get things working again. Other things like secure zwave devices (locks, garage door opener) wouldn't work at all after selecting the original config and I would have to remove/readd those devices back.

Any know why this happens and how can I prevent it from happening again? Would I have to rename my config back to the default HomeSeeData.hsd?
