Aeotec Micro Smart Dimmer - missing last update and totals

I have a new micro smart dimmer. I have several others already on the network so I know they are working.

The new one I installed, came onboard ok. It created all the child nodes but none of the items are updating.

Normally, the last update changes and so do the totals on the status (see 2nd image with another micro smart dimmer I have).

I went item by item and compared them to one that is working and they are all set the same. I did an optimize on the unit, but that did not work either.

Anyone have any suggestions? Could I have a bad unit?

Running zwave .96 (Beta)

When I look at the log, I see where I turn it on and off, but no updates from the other child nodes.
