Hello! Long-time lurker, seldom poster.
I've got a brand new Schlage BE-468 Z-wave deadbolt from Homeseer (thanks, Black November!) which seems to be working great except for one thing --
Whenever I lock or unlock the lock via HS3 (whether from the device list, an event, or HS Touch) it only displays the correct status of Locked or Unlocked for about 5 seconds before changing to "Unknown."
The status works fine if I operate it via the manual inside knob, or the keypad outside, but if I operate it via HS, the status just doesn't stick.
Even the Log confirms what I'm seeing:

Anybody have any ideas? I've added a couple of events to check to make sure it's not already locked before sending the lock command and vice versa, but I'm not sure what to try next.
