Upgrade (to 3.0.0.46) appears to created log error?

Hi

I had an older Weather plugin (i think it was v3.0.0.33), ive just upgraded to v3.0.0.46, i see this in the boot log file:

~!~Error~!~Data loss: Restoring hsimagelarge from DBStore to device, Ex=StartIndex cannot be less than zero.Parameter name: startIndex

The only thing i changed was the weather version...

Is this connected? (my SUN icon now has a black background on the sensors, the actual plugin version line appears fine (weather Misc).
