One of the circuits on my basement sub panel is dead. The breaker is the kind that has built in spark arrest/GFI stuff. I've tested the line on a different breaker, but it's still dead (meaning no power at the switch end). My guess is "worst case scenario" which would be a break in the wire somewhere in between. I have a spot or two that I can do an inspection in between. Wondering if anyone has any thoughts?
