Access Denied

I just got a new HSTouch Designer error while trying to deploy a project:
Error deploying: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Homeseer HSTouch\DeployLog.txt' is denied.
Dead in the water with HSTouch.

I have no idea what could have changed because I haven't even fooled with this PC lately.
