As always thanks for a great plugin...
I used the version on HS2 and in the events I was able to select Online/Offline to trigger an event. I have installed HS3 and your HS3 version, again in the doc it states "Allows you to trigger Homeseer events depending on status (online, offline or troubled)" but in the events section is all I see is:
a custom value or value range of
(set to any value)
An invalid or error state
of which nothing will work. The status of the network device is either 1 or 0 depending on if it is "online" or "offline".
All devices have either a static IP or a DHCP reservation.
I use network monitoring of two cell phones (Online/Offline) to run events when we are both away from home. I use an if and a and if, then so if either phone is at home nothing happens but if both are gone then I set the house to away status.
I must be doing something wrong but I cannot seem to get it to work in HS3.
I even went so far to install another network monitoring plugin but the response time was far too long to be useful.
Any suggestions would greatly appreciated...
