I've been using the user codes to send a text message to my phone when anyone other than me arms or disarms the system. Works great with one exception. When the HAI system is disarmed I get one text message, but when it is armed (in any mode) I get two.
It's not that big a deal but I'd rather tweak it until it's right. See the attached event. Any ideas?
