Zee-s2 software and board upgrade..?

i have zee-s2 rpi2 and now i see the homeseer sale and my question is can i upgrade the homeseer software for the rpi3 version...?
can i upgrade the board to the rpi3 board and move the gpio board...?
and another question can the rpi2 hs3 software upgraded to the full hs3 software....?
